About Black Girls Brunch
Black Girls Brunch UK is a Non-Profit Community Interest Company.
We curate both physical and digital space to
empower, amplify and educate Black Women.
We created this event after recognising a need for more safe spaces for Black Women in the UK.
WHAT WE DO
Our main brunch events consist of guest speakers, a facilitated workshop, a discussion and of course food and networking.
We also host meet-ups,
partnering with local
cinemas and,
theatres to watch shows
and local cafes for
coffee mornings.

LIT BLACK GIRL SEASON
Lit Black Girl Season, was created by Black Girls Brunch in 2021. It is a series of literature themed events created to amplify, educate and inspire Black Women in the UK.
We have hosted a plethora of sold-out events and workshops and partnered with womxn such as: NYT Best Selling Author Talia Hibbert, Publisher of Dialogue Books and founder of The Black Writers Guild, Sharmaine Lovegrove, Author and Activist Nova Reid and many more.
